All of our handmade salamis are made using 100% hand trimmed pork from pigs that have been reared to the highest standards. The meat content is very high; between 80 and 85%.

We are proud that all our salamis are free of MSGs, artificial flavourings or colourings and are gluten free.

We use local oak chippings in our in-house smoker to smoke every individual salami to perfection.

All our salamis have a great shelf life if stored correctly, ideally in a dry cool place such as a larder or fridge in breathable material such as grease proof paper or muslin etc. Do not store in cling film.
