Our Products

Salami

All our handmade salamis are made using 100% hand trimmed pork from pigs that have been reared to the highest standards, the meat content is high between 80%-85%.

We are proud that all our salamis are free of MSGs, artificial flavourings or colourings and are gluten free.

We use local oak chippings in our in-house smoker to smoke every individual salami to perfection.

All our salamis have a great shelf life if stored correctly, ideally in a dry cool place such as a larder or fridge in breathable material such as grease proof paper or muslin etc.  Do not store in cling film.

Fresh Meats

Our fresh sausages are manufactured from hand trimmed quality pork.  The only other additive is the natural flavouring with no rusk or water added.

Our burgers only contain meat and natural flavourings.

Blackpuddings are made by our experienced staff which are encased in a natural skin made from a traditional recipe.

Our haggis is made using  our mix of special seasoning, enclosed and cooked in a natural casing.

Our pork ribs are perfect for the barbecue season and are available in a variety of flavours.

Game

Our game is supplied from reputable, local huntsmen from only sustainable resources.  The game season varies for each animal and our stock is dependable on the supply from our huntsmen.  We can sell game fresh in season and sometimes have frozen game available out of season.
